Welcome to Mouldzone. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this platform, including company listings, product listings, enquiry forms, and related services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Mouldzone is an independent business directory and enquiry facilitation platform serving the mould, die, moulding, tooling, and related industrial sectors.
The platform provides business discovery, company information, product information, and enquiry forwarding services.
Mouldzone is not a manufacturer, seller, dealer, distributor, agent, broker, or contracting party unless expressly stated otherwise.
Company listings, business information, product information, company names, logos, product images, and descriptive materials may be sourced from publicly available business information, company websites, company submissions, publicly accessible industry sources, or other lawful sources.
Listings are published for informational, identification, industry discovery, and business networking purposes.
Inclusion of a company listing does not imply endorsement, partnership, certification, authorization, approval, affiliation, or recommendation by Mouldzone.
All trademarks, trade names, logos, company names, product names, photographs, product images, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Mouldzone does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property unless expressly stated.
Display of such materials is intended solely for identification, informational, and business discovery purposes.
Users may submit enquiries through the platform regarding listed companies and products.
By submitting an enquiry, the user authorizes Mouldzone to forward enquiry details to the relevant listed company or to the contact information associated with that listing.
Enquiries may be routed through platform systems for forwarding, delivery, operational monitoring, security review, spam prevention, service quality, and record-keeping.
Listed companies may choose whether or not to respond to enquiries.
Mouldzone does not guarantee receipt, delivery, response, quotation, availability, pricing, lead quality, or business outcome.
Mouldzone does not participate in, supervise, or control negotiations, quotations, contracts, pricing, quality, specifications, delivery, warranties, payment collection, product performance, or commercial transactions between users and listed companies.
Any commercial dealings are solely between the concerned parties.
Users are responsible for independently verifying business information before entering into any transaction.
While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain current information, Mouldzone does not guarantee completeness, correctness, accuracy, currentness, suitability, or reliability of listings, product information, or business details.
Information may become outdated, incomplete, or subject to change without notice.
A company, rights holder, or authorized representative may request:
claim of listing ownership
correction of information
update of information
removal of inaccurate information
removal of logos, images, product photographs, or other materials
removal of listings where appropriate
Requests may be reviewed, verified, and acted upon at Mouldzone’s reasonable discretion.
Mouldzone may request additional information to verify authority or ownership before acting on such requests.
Users agree not to:
submit false, misleading, unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or harmful enquiries
impersonate any company or person
use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or bulk enquiry abuse
interfere with platform security, integrity, or operations
use the platform for spam, unsolicited commercial solicitation, or unlawful activity
Mouldzone may restrict, suspend, or block access where misuse is detected.
Companies or authorized representatives may submit claim requests to manage or verify ownership of listings.
Submission of a claim does not automatically result in approval.
Mouldzone may request reasonable verification including business email confirmation, company authorization, supporting documentation, or other verification methods.
Where applicable, Mouldzone may maintain records of user acceptance of these Terms, including date, time, IP address, and version of applicable terms for administrative, security, audit, or dispute-handling purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mouldzone shall not be liable for:
indirect loss
loss of profits
business interruption
commercial loss
reputational loss
missed opportunities
failed enquiries
inaccurate listings
supplier conduct
buyer conduct
product quality disputes
payment disputes
delivery disputes
third-party claims arising from reliance on directory information
Use of the platform is at the user’s own discretion and risk.
Mouldzone reserves the right to:
edit listings
update listings
suspend listings
restrict access
reject claims
remove content
modify features
discontinue services
at its reasonable discretion and without prior notice where necessary.
Listings may contain links or references to third-party websites.
Mouldzone is not responsible for the content, practices, availability, or policies of third-party websites.
Mouldzone may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the platform.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mouldzone does not independently verify, audit, inspect, certify, endorse, guarantee, or validate the legal status, ownership, identity, business credentials, manufacturing capability, quality standards, certifications, regulatory compliance, or commercial claims of listed companies.
Users must independently verify all information before relying upon it.
Listings may be created using publicly available business information obtained from company websites, public directories, trade materials, publicly accessible industry sources, or company submissions.
Compilation, categorization, indexing, formatting, and presentation of such information for directory, informational, identification, industry discovery, and enquiry facilitation purposes is part of the platform’s service.
Mouldzone may refuse publication of listings, refuse claim requests, reject enquiries, restrict access, suspend accounts, or remove content where necessary for legal compliance, abuse prevention, operational integrity, security, dispute handling, or platform management.
Users are solely responsible for conducting independent commercial, legal, technical, financial, and business due diligence before entering into negotiations, quotations, purchases, sales, contracts, payments, deliveries, or other commercial arrangements.
Use of this platform does not create any partnership, agency, joint venture, employment relationship, representative authority, dealership, distribution arrangement, fiduciary relationship, or legal representation between Mouldzone and any listed company, buyer, seller, or user.
Mouldzone does not guarantee uninterrupted transmission, successful delivery, routing, inbox acceptance, spam filtering outcome, response time, reply, quotation, or commercial outcome of any enquiry submitted through the platform.
Technical failures, mail server restrictions, spam filters, recipient-side systems, third-party outages, or network failures may affect delivery.
For operational security, service quality, fraud prevention, abuse control, spam control, dispute handling, and lawful compliance, Mouldzone may log, retain, review, or investigate enquiry metadata including timestamps, IP addresses, company references, and communication records.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mouldzone, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from claims, complaints, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:
misuse of the platform
unlawful enquiries
inaccurate user submissions
unauthorized claims
intellectual property disputes caused by user-submitted material
violation of these Terms
disputes between users and listed companies
Any claim relating to use of the platform must be brought within twelve (12) months from the date the cause of action arose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with applicable policies published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement governing use of the platform.
If any company, rights holder, or authorized representative believes that any listing, image, logo, product photograph, business information, or other material available on the platform is inaccurate, unauthorized, objectionable, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate, they may submit a request for review, correction, restriction, or removal.
Upon receiving a reasonably complete request and sufficient information to identify the relevant content, Mouldzone will review the request in good faith and, where appropriate, may update, restrict, or remove the relevant material.
Where removal is considered appropriate, Mouldzone will make reasonable efforts to process the removal within seven (7) business days of receiving the request, subject to verification of ownership, authority, and technical requirements.
